Salary: $61,000 - 101,000 per year Requirements:

• We need 3+ years of experience, or equivalent expertise, troubleshooting, resolving, and maintaining IT services.
• We require formal training or certification in ServiceNow platform concepts, along with hands-on experience.
• We need demonstrated expertise in at least two ServiceNow modules.
• We require proficiency in scripting languages such as JavaScript and Glide scripting, as well as front-end technologies including HTML, CSS, and Angular.
• We need experience building integrations between ServiceNow and other applications using REST APIs.
• We require knowledge of applications or infrastructure in a large-scale technology environment, across both on-premises and public cloud settings.
• We need experience with observability and monitoring tools and techniques.
• We require exposure to processes covered by the ITIL framework.
• Preferred: HR Service Delivery module experience.
• Preferred: Service portal experience.
• Preferred: ServiceNow certifications.
• Preferred: experience with one or more general-purpose programming languages and/or automation scripting.
• Preferred: working understanding of public cloud.

• We deliver end-to-end application or infrastructure services to support successful business operations.
• We maintain our systems day to day to keep them stable and available.
• We monitor production environments for anomalies and address issues using standard observability tools.
• We identify issues that need escalation and communication, and provide solutions to business and technology stakeholders.
• We analyze complex situations and trends to anticipate and resolve incidents, problems, and change management issues across full-stack technology systems, applications, or infrastructure.
