  • Facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions, enabling patients to explore their trauma experiences and enhancing their coping strategies.

  • Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team to coordinate care, ensuring all aspects of a patient's treatment are holistically addressed.

  • Provide crisis intervention support during trauma-related emergencies, acting swiftly to stabilize patients in acute distress.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be working with individuals who are experiencing a range of trauma-related conditions, including Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD), complex trauma, and dissociative disorders. You will be instrumental in helping these clients navigate their healing journey through personalized therapeutic interventions.

Qualifications\n

To qualify for this role, you must possess:

  • A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology from an accredited university.

  • Current and valid state licensure as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT.

  • A strong foundation in trauma-related disorders and treatment models.
  • \n
  • Proficiency in electronic health records (EHR) systems, which is essential for maintaining accurate patient documentation.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
