Job Summary
We are seeking a Senior Recruiter to manage full-cycle recruitment, focusing on sourcing and engaging passive candidates for hard-to-fill roles, including legal positions. This commission-based, entrepreneurial role is ideal for a self-driven professional who enjoys research, outreach, and building strong talent pipelines while delivering a high-quality candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities

Source and engage passive candidates using LinkedIn, job boards, and other sourcing tools.
Conduct outreach via email and professional platforms.
Maintain accurate candidate records and activity within the ATS.
Screen resumes and conduct thorough initial candidate interview evaluations.
Coordinate candidate submittal summaries, communication, scheduling, and follow-ups.
Track pipeline activity and provide updates to candidates and hiring teams.
Support reporting, data accuracy, and recruitment process improvements.

Qualifications

2+ years of agency recruiting experience, including full-cycle recruitment.
Strong sourcing and passive candidate outreach skills.
Experience with ATS platforms and recruiting tools.
Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
Self-motivated with strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple roles.

Preferred: Experience with AI tools, LinkedIn, SignalHire, and other niche/professional recruiting resources.

Compensation & Benefits

Commission-based 1099 role with significant earning potential.
Placement payout averages ranging from $3,000 to $14,000+ per hire.
Flexible remote work environment.

Additional Details

Monthly $45 technology fee (waived after first placement payout) includes access to multiple job boards, ATS database, AI sourcing tools, job board postings, and other company resources.
No business development or performance metric requirements.
