Warehouse Production Associate | Picking & PackingLooking for steady warehouse work and an opportunity to learn new skills?We're hiring a Warehouse Production Associate to join our production team. If you have experience with picking, packing, warehouse, shipping, receiving, or general labor, this could be a great fit.You'll pick materials based on work orders, prepare items for production, load materials onto cutting equipment, and help with packing and other warehouse duties.No extensive CNC experience? That's okay! Candidates with warehouse and picking/packing experience who are comfortable learning production equipment are encouraged to apply.What You'll DoPick and organize materials based on work ordersPull labels, buckles, logos, and other components needed for each orderPack and prepare finished productsLoad fabric rolls onto production cutting tablesHelp set up and operate CNC cutting equipmentMake sure the correct materials are being used for each orderPerform basic quality checksAssist with production, assembly, and general warehouse dutiesKeep your work area clean and organizedWork with the team to complete daily orders on timeWhat We're Looking ForIf you have done picking, packing, warehouse, production, shipping/receiving, assembly, or general laborComfortable working in a fast-paced environmentAble to follow work orders and instructionsGood attention to detailComfortable learning how to use production machineryAble to repeatedly lift and move materials weighing up to 40 lbs.Comfortable standing, bending, reaching, and moving throughout the shiftReliable and able to work as part of a teamAvailable for a 7:00 a.m. start timeFlexible to work occasional overtime when neededIf you've worked as a Picker/Packer, Warehouse Associate, Material Handler, Production Worker, Shipping & Receiving Associate, Assembler, or General Laborer, we encourage you to apply.Job Type & Location: This is a Contract to Hire position based out of SANTA BARBARA, CA.Pay and Benefits: The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
