Drive a Shine vehicle to customer sites, often with another team member, to perform requested services. Contact customers en route to alert them of arrival. Meet customers face‑to‑face (if at home) before work starts to confirm expectations. Assess opportunities for additional services and recommend to the customer. Complete post‑job inspection and review work with the customer upon completion. Process customer payment through the mobile app and finalize the job. Return to the Shine office at day’s end, clean the vehicle, and prepare for the next day. Qualifications Enjoy working with people. Reliable transportation. Ability to lift and carry a ladder up to 50 pounds. Comfortable with working at heights; regularly use 28‑ and 32‑foot extension ladders. Ability to work outdoors in varied conditions.
