We provide a competitive pay and benefits package. This position is offering a pay range of $21 - $27/hr. however, Belcan considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to education, experience, geographic location, and discipline. Job Requirements High school diploma or technical certification in electronics, engineering technology, or a related field 1-3 years of experience in electronic assembly or production (small-scale or prototyping environment preferred) Ability to read and interpret schematics, assembly drawings, and BOMs Strong attention to detail, manual dexterity, and problem‑solving skills Comfortable working independently and as part of a small, focused team Responsibilities: Assembly & Soldering Assemble PCBs, sub-assemblies, and full product systems according to assembly drawings and work instructions Perform precision soldering of surface-mount (SMT) and through-hole components Wire, crimp, and route cables/harnesses within devices as required Operate hand tools, soldering irons, and other bench equipment Prototype Support Perform hands‑on electrical and mechanical tests on prototypes and production units to confirm performance and reliability Assist engineers during prototype builds by testing and troubleshooting electronic assemblies to pinpoint and correct issues Used hand and power tools to make mechanical adjustments, repairs, and alignments on electronic enclosures and assemblies Hand tools Other bench equipment Benefits Available: Family Benefits Savings & Spending Accounts Income Protection Retirement & Financial Wellbeing Legal & Protection Additional Health Resources #J-18808-Ljbffr
