Join our team as a Bilingual Customer Service Representative! We are looking for a motivated, fluent English and Spanish-speaking professional to join our Saint Peter agency. In this role, you will be the face of our customer experience, helping clients navigate their insurance needs with ease and clarity.
You’ll do more than just answer phones; you’ll be a problem-solver who resolves policy contingencies, identifies opportunities to protect our clients through cross-selling, and builds lasting relationships within our community. Responsibilities
Customer Support: Handle incoming calls and emails, providing accurate policy information and resolving customer inquiries in both English and Spanish.
Policy Management: Assist clients with policy changes, renewals, and contingency resolutions to ensure seamless coverage.
Sales Support: Identify opportunities to cross-sell or up-sell products based on individual client needs.
Documentation: Maintain detailed and accurate records of all customer interactions and transactions in the agency management system.
Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to enhance retention and satisfaction.
Requirements
Bilingual Proficiency: Must be fully fluent in both English and Spanish (written and verbal).
Technical Skills: Strong computer literacy, including experience with Microsoft Office and the ability to learn new software quickly.
Organizational Skills: Exceptional time management and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Communication: Excellent interpersonal skills with a "customer-first" mentality.
Licensing: Ability to obtain or currently hold a Property Casualty insurance license.
