We're growing, and we're looking for a Research Assistant to help keep our studies running clean, on schedule, and audit-ready. The Details Starting annual salary of $48,000 to $50,000, based on experience In-office role, based out of the RDI home office in Columbus Monday - Thursday, 830a to 5p, Fridays, 830a - 2p The Role This is a hands-on, detail-driven job for someone who likes the steady work of keeping a trial organized: accurate records, clean data, and visits that run without a hitch. You'll work shoulder to shoulder with our coordinators and clinical team, learning the site inside and out and making sure the day-to-day details that keep a study healthy never slip. What You'll Do Support study coordinators with the day-to-day activities of active trials, from visit prep through follow-up. Maintain source documents and regulatory binders, and keep study files organized and inspection-ready. Enter and verify data in sponsor EDC systems, and resolve queries promptly and accurately. Help schedule participants and prepare for upcoming visits, including confirming procedures and materials. Process, label, and ship laboratory specimens according to protocol and kit instructions. Assist with IRB submissions, regulatory documentation, and study start-up tasks alongside site leadership. Track supplies and study materials so the team has what it needs before it's needed. What We’re Looking For Sharp attention to detail and genuine care about getting records right the first time. Someone organized enough to juggle multiple studies, visits, and deadlines without dropping threads. Clear, reliable communication and comfort working closely with a small team. Comfort with Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Outlook. Nice to Have A bachelor's degree in a life science, health, or related field, or equivalent experience in a clinical or research setting Prior clinical research experience, preferably at the site level. Familiarity with EDC systems, CTMS, or electronic regulatory platforms. Working knowledge of GCP and ICH guidelines. Specimen handling, phlebotomy, or lab processing experience. Exposure to therapeutic areas like vaccines, infectious disease, cardiometabolic, dermatology, respiratory, CNS, GI, nephrology, obesity, or device studies. #J-18808-Ljbffr
