We're looking for a confident, motivated chiropractor who is ready to step into an established, high-volume practice and become a leader within the clinic and community. Our Woodbridge office serves a large and diverse patient population , so we're looking for a doctor who genuinely enjoys working with people from all backgrounds, ages, and walks of life. You should be someone who can walk into a room, connect with patients, communicate chiropractic with confidence, and make people feel comfortable and cared for. Who We're Looking For The right doctor for this opportunity is someone who: Is a confident and skilled adjuster Has a strong presence and is comfortable leading a busy practice Can communicate chiropractic clearly and confidently to patients Enjoys building relationships with a diverse population of patients Wants to continually improve clinically, professionally, and personally Is coachable and willing to be pushed outside of their comfort zone Takes ownership rather than waiting to be told what to do Leads by example and helps elevate the team around them Thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume environment Wants a career where there is room to grow—not simply a place to see patients This isn't an opportunity where you'll be starting from scratch. Palmercare Woodbridge is an established practice with a steady flow of new and existing patients. We offer a competitive base salary plus an uncapped bonus structure , giving motivated doctors the opportunity to increase their earning potential as they grow. So our doctors typically make an amazing salary. Benefits include health and dental insurance, paid time off, continuing education contributions, chiropractic license fees, malpractice insurance, employee discounts, and a Monday–Friday schedule.
